This is super easy to make, and tastes pretty good. Sean always prefers meat sauce, but this is an excellent alternative. I dump everything in a pan and simmer for an hour.
We used our new favorite Ronzoni 100% whole grain spaghetti! (I am still excited and a bit wondrous that we found whole wheat pasta that isn’t bitter!)
Mark chose Bread Sticks to go with dinner. I mixed the dough in the bread machine (using the recipe that came with the machine).
We also had peas.
Sean ate 2 large helpings of the spaghetti, even without meat, so that’s a score.
