Crockpot Pulled Pork

Easiest ever!  Mark shared this “recipe” with me before we got married.

Put pork (boneless is easiest; “ribs”, chops, roast, loin- whatever) in crockpot.  Add some BBQ sauce.  Cook on low or high until pork falls apart.Pork in the crock pot

I made some french fries, and tried to be sneaky, adding some garlic powder.  We think this recipe has the best technique for making fries, but we usually add only salt for seasoning.  After cutting the potatoes, sprinkle with sugar and allow to drain for 20 or 30 minutes.  French fries- draining with sugarI dry them with a towel, as well.  I thought they were awesome!   Sean and Mark thought they tasted like Arby’s Curly Fries, and they didn’t consider that a compliment.  I did use too much oil for the volume of potatoes, but they were still tasty.

We still have corn in the freezer from last year’s crop.  Yum! Pulled Pork, French Fries, and CornMark thought the corn was the best part of dinner.  Sean scarfed down the pork, and thought the sandwiches were best, although he gave high marks to the corn.  Brenda thought the french fries were the best.
