Mark is awesome at stir fry. Great dinner.
He used the last of the mini-broccoli we froze last summer, along with red cabbage, onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, peanuts, and a green cayenne. It wasn’t at all spicy (unless you ate a piece of cayenne), but very good, nonetheless.
I know none of the secrets of stir fry, but Mark has mastered them all. Yeah, Mark!
