Homemade tortillas- I pressed them with the tortilla press to get started, but then rolled them out much more thinly. Best effort to date.
We ate these with shredded cheese, mixed beans (from last year’s Garden), rice, and pork (last of a package of gristly chops I bought and froze- they weren’t very good, but tasted ok cooked, pulling what good meat I could off of the bone, then cooking with tomato sauce, hot peppers, and tomatillos (all from the Garden)).
Mark liked it. I think it’s a lot of work for an ok meal.
We watched lots of episodes of Kate and Allie on netflix while I cooked; that was fun 🙂
