Philly Cheese Steak and Blue Fries

This dinner was attractive in person- not so much in the photo.


Homemade baked fries- frozen from last year’s blue potato crop.

Broccoli- frozen from last year’s surprise second growth of broccoli.

Philly cheese steaks – with Boar’s Head London Broil, peppers from the freezer (already diced, but we used them anyway), onion, provolone, and toasted hoagie rolls.  Toasting the hoagies before building the sandwiches was new this time- the Pioneer Woman suggested it, a very smart tip!  Next time, Sean would like his without cheese, Brenda and Mark would like to try it with Muenster. 

We all liked this meal.
