This is a lovely pan of Manicotti. Very little remains for lunch tomorrow. We used homemade spaghetti with meat sauce. Also, I tried a new brand of cottage cheese (Breakstones) which seemed to be less processed and didn’t contain “artificial flavor”. Yummy, as always!
Here’s a picture of a serving of manicotti, along with iceberg lettuce salad. It doesn’t look tasty (although it was), but you can see the pretzels Mark made for dinner… They are served on his wonderful new sandwich boards! My favorite part of dinner 🙂
We rarely have iceberg lettuce, usually choosing greens with more nutrients. But we had it left from Sunday’s subs, and Brenda always likes it. I even had to rip up more in the middle of the meal because the guys wanted seconds! We rarely take seconds of salads at our table.
