Sauerkraut soup

Here’s a meal from early December, 2013.  From the Best Soups in the World cookbook, Suaerkraut soup was a pleasant surprise.  Even Sean liked it, but we shouldn’t have told him there was sauerkraut in it after dinner. Mark and I liked it, as well.

Mark used 3 1/2 pints of sauerkraut in with the beef ribs.  A good way to use up sauerkraut 🙂Image
